How Does Ordering Work?

We are a small shop and at this time we are only capable of producing one small batch of hats each week. We accept a fixed amount of orders per week. Orders open every Friday at 7:00 PM EST and remain open until we sell the maximum amount of hats we can make. Each order placed is essentially a pre-order. When you place an order, your hat is made just for you and usually ships in about 7-10 days. If you see that our hats are sold out, please come back on the following Friday!

Return Policy

We accept returns within one week after your order is delivered. We do our best to make sure your order is perfect before it ships out, but if your item arrives with a defect, please contact us at erin@pulpco.us and we will provide a return shipping label. If you need to return your order for any other reason, please send directly to:

Materials

We only source the finest, organic, US grown and GOTS-certified fabrics for our products. Our fabrics are eco dyed and printed by hand with water based inks.

Care

Our products are hand printed with water based inks on organic cotton duck canvas. The best way to clean our hand printed items is to spot clean, rinse with cold water and hang to dry.

Mend For Free

We believe that when you invest in purchasing items you love they should last for years to come. We don't want you to be afraid to take our hats everywhere you go but if they happened to get damaged along the way, we got you. We stand behind the quality of our products and will mend any hat we've made for free. For life.
